Introduction
I am a naturalist wannabe, environmentalist, & enjoy all sorts of self-propelled outdoor activities, especially in "wilderness" areas.
What activities and events would you most like to see our group to do?
Small group hikes to environmentally sensitive or threatened areas, hiking or canoeing wilderness expedition-ettes
What environmental issues are you most concerned about?
Global warming, air and water pollution, loss of biodiversity. In the Triangle, ozone and particulate air pollution. In general, I'm trying to find ways to diminish my ecological footprint.
