Introductory Meditation Class
Friday, April 26, 6-7:30 PM
This is an introductory meditation class for beginning practitioners. Anyone is welcome with a beginner’s mind. The class will cover basic understandings about how mind, body, and breathing work together in meditation. The participants will learn mindfulness and concentration through different ways of meditation such as sitting, chanting, lying down, walking, and/or other movements. There will be time for questioning and answering about meditation during the class. The class will be instructed by Rev. WonGong or Rev. Lee. Love Offerings Appreciated. No registration necessary. A minimum $5 donation is respectfully suggested.
