Meditation: Cultivating Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a doorway to true happiness and peace. It is possible in every moment; and anyone can do it. Ancient practices which have developed in many spiritual traditions are now being confirmed and expounded by modern western teachers. In this class you will learn to practice mindfulness while sitting, walking, moving and reclining. You will cultivate deeper awareness of your body, your feelings, your thoughts and the objects of thought. You will learn techniques to help transform the way you relate to life; and you will begin to learn how to take the practice into your daily activities. Mindfulness is not hard. You can do it.
