The practice of meditation is simple. It has two parts:
stopping and looking. We first learn to sit still; and then we begin to
carefully observe the true nature of life. If you have never tried it, some
friendly instruction can help get you started. If you are somewhere along the
path of practice, experienced guidance can take you to new levels. Whether you
are considering sitting still for the first time, or hoping to experience new
levels of peace and happiness in an established practice, this class will
