Where are you from and how did you end up in the Triangle Area?

I grew up in Santa Cruz, CA, and went to college in Boston. My wife plays piccolo and flute with the NC Symphony, which brought us to Raleigh.

How did you hear about Triangle Red Sox Nation?

Word of mouth.

How did you become a Red Sox fan?

I played baseball growing up and ended up in Boston for college (New England Conservatory of Music). I arrived in September of 1975, saw some games (one could actually get tickets then), and experienced the WS from my dorm room 2 miles from FP. SNM

Who is your favorite all time Sox player?

It changes. It used to be Yaz, then Rice (I got to see both of them play). Now it's probably Pedroia and Ellsbury (I saw Jacoby's second ML game at Fenway).

I've lived in Raleigh for 25 years. I am the office managing shareholder for Elliott Davis, a regional public accounting firm. I am married and have two daughters, both diehard Red Sox fans.
