The Piedmont Farm Animal Refuge Presents:  Plant-based Cooking Techniques for Flavor, Health and Happiness with Chef Kevin Archer.

Kevin Archer is a certified chef, teacher, and writer.  He has worked as culinary director, executive chef, and head baker at numerous restaurants across the US, including Laughing Seed Cafe in Asheville, NC.

He is an active public speaker focusing on food ethics, environmental issues, farmworker conditions, and animal rights.  He believes that our true ethics are in full display on our dinner plates.  Learn more at www.chefkevinarcher.com
