I was talking with Mr. Dino Pinelli, the owner of Capri Restaurant ( http://www.caprirest.com/), to see if they would be interested in providing us with a vegan dinner. He seemed like a can-do kinda guy, and he said that he'd was up for the challenge -- so let's meet for dinner.
Assuming there's interest, I'll stop back by in a couple of days to firm up a menu. (For what it is worth, at this early stage, he seemed pretty excited with the idea of dishing up some asparagus risotto and some kind of chilled berry desert.) He indicated that he was quite familiar with gluten-free, so if that interests anybody, say so.
