Introduction
I'm looking forward to meeting everyone.
If yes, how long have you been a vegetarian/vegan?
I was a strict vegetarian for about 15 years. I think factory farming and torture of animals is unconscionable. Why do people rally over a single abused dog, but have no concern for the treatment of the animals they eat? .
What would you like to do with/get from this group?

Vegetarian or a vegan? Why?
Semi. I do eat a small amount or organic chicken and wild seafood. I was a vegetarian for many many years, but now find I get extremely run down down on an exclusively vegetarian diet. I have tried quite a few times in the last few few years.
