I am a vegan. I want no part of anything dying so that i can eat or being held captive to produce for my needs.
Since Jan 1, 2013. I know I'm late but I got here as soon as I was ready.
I'd like to discuss the few vegan restaurants in RTP, vegan options in others and recipes.
I've been a meat eater for over 60 years. Decided it was time to go vegan the first of the year and haven't looked back. It is the right thing to do ethically, ecologically and personally. The choices are so wide and varied.
