New Meetup: Bull City Vegan Challenge - Nosh

Announcing a new Meetup for Triangle Vegetarian & Vegan Meetup!

What: Bull City Vegan Challenge - Nosh

When: Wednesday, October 6,[masked]:45 PM

Where: Nosh
2812 Erwin Rd
Durham, NC 27705

I need to contact Nosh when they are open, but my plan is to have a meetup next Wednesday so we can try one or both of their entree entries for the Bull City Vegan Challenge: Fall Slammer with stack of pumpkin pancakes, tempeh bacon, and choice of fresh fruit/curried potatoes or Shepherd's Pie with roasted pepper and side Spinach Mesclun Strawberry Salad with roasted pecans tossed with Balsamic dressing. Check out for what sounds like a delish menu offering! Description, pictures and prices are featured!

RSVP now and this will get you on the meetup waiting list - this will give you first dibs when I open the RSVPing after I know how many can attend. : )

~~~ As always, please practice courtesy and consider your RSVP carefully - you are requested to update your RSVP no less than 24 hours before the event. There is planning involved for the person organizing any meetup and it is unpleasant when people frequently change their RSVP at the last minute - in addition to not being fair to others when an event is full. Let's also be good neighbors to the restaurant. We want them to welcome us back and give us great food and service - this becomes difficult when we say, for example, that we have a party of 12 and 6 people show up. In some cases the restaurant even makes staffing changes to plan for large groups. If you need to change your plans, please practice courtesy and do so as soon as you know, not one day before or day of the event. This last minute change should be reserved for emergency things that pop up. That said, I hope you can make it!
If you are the type of person to take leftovers home, I urge you to bring your own reusable container from home. As veg*ns, we can be examples in the environmental movement as well!
~ Stephanie
