This Meetup Group is for people who participate in or are interested in Triathlon. The focus of this group is to provide direction and workouts for not only for the beginning Triathlete, but for those that prefer to go 'Long and Strong'. Join us to discuss the sport, workout, and set goals! We schedule rides and runs on the weekends, and open-water swims on weekends and some weekdays. Since we workout every day, we encourage you to join Cycling, Running, Fitness, Hiking, and Yoga Meetup Groups for daily activity. Organizers ARE NOT trained fitness professionals.
