Introduction

I would love to stop this habit that I've had for a very long time

How long have you been suffering from TTM or skin picking?

Since 2nd grade

What have you tried so far to help reduce the behavior?

at one point I tried gloves but that did not work.

Do you want information about individual therapy with Dr. Shinar?

Is it covered by insurance?

What would you like covered at these meetups?

support and ways to help/eliminate the habit, holistic ways to fix this, I really want to kick this habit!

How did you hear about our meetup?

  • Lynn, I got an apartment! It's in Astoria and it's perfect. I got so lucky finding it. The landlady hasn't changed the rent in 5 years so it basically a 2 bedroom for $1300. I'm so excited to move in next month.
