TRICOWS was formed in 2002 and has helped promote and support multisport races in the local community for the past 10 years. As a non-profit club, all of the members' dues and sponsorship money goes to benefit multisport activities in the community and to help fund various club activities.

As part of the TRICOWS initiative to promote the multisport lifestyle to all people living in and around Winston-Salem, NC, the club has developed various membership packages. Please select the package that fits your situation best.

* Individual: $30

* Couple: $45 (both must live in the same household)

* Junior: $10 (high school student and younger)

* Large Family: $60 (perfect for family with 2+ children)

Please note that only paid member will receive access to the parts of this site that are set to the private mode.  Once you request to join this page, your name will be cross referenced with a constantly updated membership roster.  After verification as an active member of the club, you will gain access to the discussion board and more.
