While we do intend to structure the wine and food pairings, the format for this function will vary slightly from those of the past.
Initially, we suggest a visit to the “Salad Bar”, encouraging you to select items that will accent off-dry white wines and mild reds.
The strolling “Gauchos” will be serving 12 different skewered meats to your table for you to enjoy, as much as you desire. Your Wine Consultant will pour you a series of wines to best accommodate your entree choices.
