I'd like to attend. Judy, are you organizing this event? Will a full dinner be provided? If so, do you have a suggested donation amount?

I once took a taxi in Beijing but that was 30 years ago when Mao jacket s were in, no skyscrapers and remnants of the cultural revolution were still around.

Sounds interesting. A uniformed Beijing Airport Taxi Dispatcher sent me and my daughter off in my first Beijing Taxi -- which itself morphed into a so-called gypsy cab.

The event is in the Village Green Club house at the end of Elizabeth St, right next to the swimming pool and tennis court. Welcome to this first event at the location in Chapel Hill, and hope to host future movies with the amazing sound and 8 feet projection screen.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
