WHERE to find the group: I plan to be in line at the MAIN entrance about 20 - 30 min prior to the gate opening at 7:00pm to secure a spot for our group. Once inside, the location for our group will be in the UPPER LEFT hand side near the "Crescent Deck" facing the stage. I will have a blue plaid blanket, blue rolling picnic bag and a blue chair. Please come early to help me secure enough space for our group!
http://www.boothamphi...
What to BRING: Blankets and/or cushions to sit on Chairs - collaspable, beach style, whatever your fancy Bug spray (or apply prior to coming) though it is usually not buggy Plates, napkins, utensils to eat with and/or serve, plastic cups Bags for trash
Food to share: Please plan to bring some food to share. This is a large group but if you plan to bring enough to share with about 6 or so people, we should have enough to go around. Ideas include salads of all kinds, veggies, dips and other spreadables, cheese, sandwiches, fruits, breads, antipastas, etc. You may prepare something yourself to bring or, if you are not a cook and/or do not have the time, pick up something prepared from Whole Foods or similar.
(Please do not bring unhealthy fast food). I will note what I am bringing in the message section linked to this event and if you also know what you plan to bring, it might help the group to list what you are bringing as well.
Drinks: For this event, alcoholic drinks are permitted in your "picnic" as well as other beverages. You may bring a bottle of wine to share (or not) or purchase a variety of beverages from the concession stands. I will have a corkscrew. ( Bottles of wine and beer may also be purchased as well but they are rather costly).
Etc.: Cards, backgammon, chess or anything else that you think might be fun to include. Prior to the showing of Casablanca, Movie Night will feature piano player, Andrew Richardson. If you have any questions about what to bring or where to find us, please feel free to post it on the message board or email me. I am looking forward to sharing food, drink, and a great movie with everyone! Jacqui

There were a few folks missing from our group and do not know if they made it there or not. If you did come and just missed us, I hope you got to enjoy the movie anyway! We were looking for you.

    Jacqui,
Could you post a list of what people are bringing? I would hate to see 15 buckets of Kentucky Fried Chicken show up. I'll start by sasying I will bring potatoe salad.

    Thanks Kevin
