Hi, How are you? Did you survive Friday night? I had some serious leg cramps which is very rare for me. However, I was able to do the bike trip on Saturday. That was quite an interesting event. I expressed by concern on-line. Hopefully, we'll make sure there's a end person as well as a leader on the next trip. You're one tough lady! I appreciate all your support to get through a tough time.
