A Heart-Centered Journey to Healing

From where did we come? And to where are we going? In life, when we embark on our spiritual journey that is I, we often seek intuitive affirmation on the where, the why, and the how of our greater purpose. Thus, as our quest for meaning unfolds sometimes uncertain, sometimes intensely so, we know deep within that something is guiding us. This inner guide we call heart.

Heart says there is no greater moment than now to begin manifesting our desire to be healed or to heal. Together, in this heart-centered journey to healing, we will connect to the effervescent energy of our heart center and awaken the flame of healing for ourselves and for others. Group dialogue, guided-meditation, visualization, and vibrational essences are key energetic catalysts in this gathering. Come and expect only the best for yourself and for others. Awaken, evolve with heart.

Spirit is a wind
blowing strongly through the heart
lighting the way home

This gathering adopts the principle that each of us are his or her own healer and that healing comes primarily from within. It is designed to assist you in your own ongoing inner healing process or simply to enhance your sense of well-being. Generous donations of $5 or more are accepted to help support ISA and its outreach goals. But please do know that your presence is always more than enough!

Phil Cash Cash is your guide in this excursion to wilds of the heart.

Later that evening, went to a sit I had never been to...And lo, behold, the discussion for the evening was on ....the HEART Sutra. :) It seemed to speak to the core of the Mystery of Heart I felt in circle http://www.sanghalou.org/oldsit... Then just now came across this "According to sacred tradition, the heart is not something emotional or sentimental; Hinduism/Buddhism regard it as the path essence; while Sufism understands it as a divine subtlety that reveals the deepest truths. It is a doorway leading into the core of our being-- the living presence of spirit and soul. When our heart breaks open, breaks through to this deeper core, we waken from this paralysis into a greater depth of soul, and along with that, a deeper love for this world." Part of quote found here http://blog.gaiam.com/quotes/to...
So the fine, wonderous heart stoking of the circle ripples out and on. Thank you, Phil.
