Creating from the Dream Body: An Introductory Workshop

The Institute for the Shamanic Arts, ISA, is delighted to have guest facilitator, Ramjeet Kaur, bring you this very special workshop!

Dance, dream, breathe, write and heal with the forces of your dreams.

The dream world is the world where anything can happen.  It's nature is fluid, elusive and powerful, but most people do not make use of the dream nature.  Dreams are the foundation to physical reality, whether we are conscious of it or not.  So much the better to be conscious of what we are creating!  In this workshop, you are invited to dive into the dreamworld and build a better relationship with its fluid nature through exploratory movement, meditation and creative journaling.

The left brain will learn the Chinese Medicine 5 Element Cycle and how that affects our dreamworld, while the right brain dives right into experiencing the cycles.  The two together will leave a little more integrated, giving you a deeper and more expanded experience of yourself.

This class has its roots in Arnold Mindell's book the Dream Body, Quantum Physics and Eden Energy Medicine.

Learn to navigate your fluid nature with more self love and gain deeper insight towards your journey to LOVE.

Bring water for yourself and a journal/coloring supplies.  We are going to get colorful!

This workshop is being offered for the sliding scale of $10-$20, but if you cannot afford this, please attend anyway and give what you can. If you can afford to give extra for someone else, we extend much gratitude!

Facilitated by Ramjeet Kaur:  Trance-portational Artist, Eden Energy Practitioner and Moving Medicine Facilitator

"The mystery model"? The internet thinks that phrase refers to a method of pick-up artistry... Is there some other name this concept might go by?
