Hi Miriam, I hope you will enjoy your brunch.In Turkish, breakfast is called ?kahvalt?? which is derived from ?kahve alt?? which means before coffee. Turkish coffee is not drunk during breakfast, rather after breakfast or in the afternoon. A traditionally brewed black tea is an indispensable part of breakfast.Along with tea, feta cheese, boiled eggs, olives,fried potatoes, Turkish sausage (sucuk), ka?ar cheese, Usually ?menemen? replaces this omelet,past?rma, börek (pastry), even soup ) enjoy !
