This is a weekly meeting taking place every Tuesday evening from 19.00 - 20.30. The purpose of these sessions is to provide a safe space for people to connect at a deeper level than perhaps we may usually do in day-day life. Each evening will include a meditation and some time for sharing and discussion if needed.
There is something very powerful about coming together to meditate with others as there is an attunement that takes place just by the act of sitting together in silence. It does not matter whether you are an experienced in meditating or approaching meditation for the first time - all are welcome. We are intending to create a nurturing and supportive environment where you can come and just be yourself.
