For all of you who are planning on making a new years resolution of weight loss or increasing your fitness or something of the like, running group is a great way for you to accomplish your dreams!
The Run will be in a straight line through Regents park running 15min in one direction and then turning back to where we started, alltogether 30-35 min. This way nobody gets left behind or lost and we can all get together for a coffee or drink after at the local coffee shop.
Depending on the number of people that attend we can split into a number of groups, that way the people who are after just a social run/walk can take their time and the faster runners can speed off into the distance. I like to chat therefore I can be found in the slower group :)
All walking/running levels are invited to come! it is a social run as such, I have a policy that nobody gets left behind.
We will meet out the front of the Pret a Manger opposite Great Portland Street Undergound at 6.30PM for a 6.45PM start.
We will then head back to Pret a Manger for a coffee and a chat.
Obviously closest station is Great Portland Street underground, Regents Park underground.
Please bring only what you can run with as we have no where to store bags etc.
