Voltaire will play for The Next Element at Ground Zero, this Friday.

Voltaire? the 18th century French philosopher?

No, the other one...

You may remember the graphic novel Chi-Chian, its dark and wormy artworks at odds with the candy-coloured comic books that generally populated the comic book shelves at Shinder's. This series has since been animated. It's pretty awesome.
See here for more on that : http://www.scifi.com/chichian

Or, you may have enjoyed Oh My Goth! Or Deady, The Malevolent Teddy.
Or, you know... his music.

He is a prolific artist in many mediums, and everything is always a great deal of fun - a strong body of evidence weighing against the notion that the gothic type is all mopey. He will be singing his songs for us all this Friday night.

Also performing - Lusurfer, "The World's Most Satanic Surf Rock Band"

Fashions from Apatico, Blasphemina's Closet, and Scoundrelle's Keep.
DJ Blowtorch, with MC Alix and NOH MC.
