168 Macalester Street, St Paul, MN
We dropped the ball in January, but are getting right back in the groove with a February meetup.
Winston Chang volunteered to give a talk about the dplyr package, which is the successor to the ever popular plyr package. See the announcement by RStudio for some background reading if you'd like.
Jay Jacobs will introduce the next data challenge, working with honeypot data (the "marx" data there) which we'll discuss in March.
Those are the only current topics on the list, so if you have something you'd like to share, please volunteer! It doesn't have to be long, in depth, or involved for you to prepare -- feel free to just go through a little demo or howto for as little as 5 minutes. Or, if you've got something longer, feel free to take as long as 30min.
Comment below for any questions, interesting R-related links, or to volunteer to speak.
We'll meet in our typical room at Macalester college. Here's a map for reference:
Enter the campus on Macalester Drive off of St. Claire Ave. The closest parking will be west of Bldg. 16 or in front of the tennis courts (just south of Bldg. 17). Enter Olin-Rice from the south or west, and go down into the basement to find Rm. 150.
