Intro to the Slow Fox Trot (Part 1 of 2) - 1 of the 5 Ballroom Standard Dances

The international Slow Fox Trot is not necessarily slow, given its name.  But it's as elegant as the Slow Waltz, the other Ballroom Standard dance that bears the "Slow" adjective in its title.

It's also the most challenging of the 5 Ballroom Standard dances to learn.  But when you get it, you'll enjoy the splendour of the smoothness of this dance that is known for its   long, continuous flowing movements.  Some have described dancing the Slow Fox Trot like this:  "I feel I am wafting through the clouds."

So join in the fun of the introductory figures to the Slow Fox Trot.

Instructions were very clear; tips on posture and demeanor were much appreciated. My partner and I enjoyed it so we attended Part 2.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
