New Years Eve Swing & Blues Double Deck Ball!!!
Saturday December 31, 8pm to 4am
Come to this annual New Years Eve Party extravaganza!
Beginner dance classes before the Ball 8pm to 9pm:
Lindy Hop on the first floor taught by Joanna Kassoulides & Sugar Shakers.
Blues on the second floor taught by out of town teachers David Trihn & Amanda Bell.
No need to bring your own dance partners, no prior experience needed.
Ball 9:10pm to 4am. Dressing up encouraged. Swing on first floor, Blues on second floor.
Swing Band: Happy Pals Party Orchestra New Years Eve Edition!!! Roberta Hunt on piano and vocals, Toby Hughes on sax and vocals and clarinet, Patrick Tevlin on trumpet and vocals, Lindsay on trombone and vocals, Lowell Whitty on drums, Lucas Gadke on bass. This is an amazing band, three great musicians on horns, plus three more on drums, bass and piano in the rhythm section, and with most of the band also being excellent vocalists.
Supper buffet, dessert, favours, midnight bubbly, are all included with admission!!!
Dovercourt House, first two floors.
Big sprung wood dance floors. Subway and parking close by.
$40, $45 with the lesson. $5 off for full-time students.
