Shankar Meembat is a sales and marketing executive specializing in opening markets, business development and generating top line sales growth in the telecoms market, specializing in B2B2C and new internet services. Shankar has shaped new products, made new market entries, created winning partnership and channel alliances and closed a number of deals.

Arifa Khan , founder of Niddoo Fashion, is an investment banker, an acclaimed painter, and a fashion designer and has taken short courses in Fashion Design at the London College of Fashion. She organised the first ever fashion show at the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, in 2003 as the founder of The Culture Club at Wharton, which was a huge success. She runs Genius Incubator limited which helps companies raise capital.

Hayley Conick Start-up specialist, digital strategist and Cambridge graduate, Hayley is now Country Manager for Elance where she has the strategic and operational responsibility for raising the platform’s profile nationally. Hayley was a founding member of Smarta.com backed by Michael Birch and Theo Paphitis. She wrote the original business plan and spent five years building Smarta into the UK’s leading platform for small businesses. In other words she knows all about riding the start-up rollercoaster.
Before Smarta, Hayley worked alongside tech entrepreneur Dan Wagner at internet incubator Bright Station Ventures evaluating investment ideas. She regularly speaks about issues impacting start-ups and entrepreneurs. @hayleyconick
