UKTCGS are happy to announce that we have been invited to hold a WCQ (World Championship Qualifier) Regional Yu-Gi-Oh! qualifier by Konami!

Pre-Registering for this event!

Online pre-registration is now CLOSED!

We will be doing a random draw prior to the event & ONE player will be given free entry (those that have already paid will be refunded) - ONLY those that pre-registered as the above instructions will be included. Good luck!

Doors will open 1.00pm and we have the venue until 11pm

Minimum expected 7 rounds of Swiss with 40min rounds.

Unlike all of our usual tournaments there will be no topcut (eg.Top 8) for the WCQ Regional as this is not required by Konami to establish who has qualified.

The tournament will be recorded using Konami's COSSY software and all results reported to Konami (&/or their Organised Play agents).

The number of qualifying spots will be worked out according to Konami's specifications & qualifiers will pass down where a player is already qualified.

Entry will be £16 including 4 booster packs (Konami requires these to be from either of the most recent 2 sets - unless we encounter any stock issues with the distributors these will be Cosmo Blazer.

Regional prizes are Konami's official Yu-Gi-Oh! branded WCQ Top 8 mats & Top 4 deckboxes (as seen here)

We recommend you complete one online at http://www.yugioh-card.com/en/events/forms/KDE_DeckList.pdf and print it off to save you writing one out!

We run regular Konami sanctioned tournaments on the 1st Sunday of every month (unless public holiday).

We do have a code of conduct and if you are banned from the Bexley Gaming Club & our venue due to your actions then you will not be able to enter this event because it is inside of our venue.

This does not mean that you are banned by Konami.

*We also hold a Friday night club weekly at the same venue! doors open 6.30-10.30pm

  No, there is a church there beforehand, our doors open 1pm but the venue is right by a shopping centre with McDonalds/Subway etc if you need to kill some time I'd suggest getting some lunch ;)

  The event has been listed here since September 2012 so you will appreciate those who have left it until the week of the event to register will not be in the best position - however the reserves list will be used in the order that players have been added (eg.if you were the 10th player on the waiting list then you would get the 10th place that becomes available etc). Some players have already been moved from the waiting list to the pre-reg list and on the day pre-registered players that have not turned up for registration on time will lose their spaces & those on the reserves list will get these spaces first.

*note: we are keen to both signup players from the other tcg's as well as encouraging Tournament Organiser's to share their tournament info with our members!

UKTCGs is a central point to locate tournaments that are run both by us & also by other Tournament Organisers.

If you come to one of our tournaments (or one that we're at) then make sure you check back to see the photo albums (& give your feedback on the event!) as we always take lots of photos and post them on the website. If you're at an event listed here you can add your own images or join in conversation with other players both before & after the event!

If you're a parent trying to find a Yu-Gi-Oh/Pokemon or other tcg club for your child to goto then you can find weekly clubs listed in the TCG club forums,if we do not currently have the details of a tournament in your immediate area then we will look into where the nearest one is for you.
We will also be able to help you find tournaments suitable to your child's playing ability.
If you consider your child too young to be on the site you are welcome to register an account with your own email address.

Please note your account needs to be registered using a valid email address as once an event is posted it will email you the details - if your emails are returned "undeliverable" for 6 months Meetup will delete your account which will in turn remove you from this group. Unfortunately I have no control over which emails are sent to you & the system assumes if you join that you want to know about events we list.Registering using your Facebook login should greatly minimise the chances of this occurring.

We are constantly trying to locate Tournament Organisers around the UK, so if you know of anyother tournaments that are not yet featured on our event calendar then please let us know about them or pass our details onto the TO and let them know they can get free advertising of their event(s) to our members & web traffic.
If you have a business and would like to sponsor UKTCGs then please contact the Organiser via the http://www.uktcgs.com/suggestion/sponsor/ link - sponsorship can be thru a donation, paying for our business cards (that are given out at all events we attend), discounts at your online store for our members or anything else you would like to suggest!

From time to time we offer competitions (dependant on sponsorship) and these will be announced when we have them available. EG Ticket giveaways forLondon Expo/London Anime Con etc
