Bexley Gaming Club has a gr8 friendly atmosphere, and there are always experienced players on hand to give advice to newer players!

We welcome ALL standards of player, from those that play in their school playground or at home, to those that participate in large official events such as the YCS Championships!

The entry fee for the sneak peek is £20* & there will be a £5 entry to our venue for any players wishing to trade**  but not enter the sneak peek event!

*PAY IN ADVANCE AT OUR FRIDAY NIGHT LOCAL BEFORE WE PURCHASE THE STOCK AND WE WILL THROW IN AN EXTRA PACK FOR YOUR ENTRY FEE!

Doors open 1pm, registration will close as close to 1.30pm as possible so please arrive on time, regulars are welcome to help volunteer setting up!

We welcome players that do not usually attend our Friday night club, but you are reminded that we have a zero tolerance attitude towards any criminal or anti-social behaviour. We run a family-friendly club and will not put up with any bad/unlawful behaviour from visiting players, so don't do it or we will report you to Konami if a sanctioned tournament &/or the Police if necessary.

NOTE: players leaving rubbish around the venue will be given a game loss or disqualified depending on the severity, please use the rubbish bins provided.

The Sneak Peeks for the new set, Cosmo Blazer, will be held on January 19/20!

Be the first one to play with the brand-new cards from the latest booster pack, Cosmo Blazer – before they’re available in most stores!

Here come the hottest boosters in the history of Dueling: Cosmo Blazer! This 100-card set focuses on FIRE-related cards to blast the opponent into space.

Cosmo Blazer introduces some fiery up-and-coming themes: “Brotherhood of the Fire Fist”, “Hazy Flame” cards and more will put a red-hot twist to Duels and tournaments.

You’re afraid to get your fingers burnt with these all-new themes? No need to worry – you can also reach for the stars with recent Deck types like Prophecy, Mermail, or Gagaga that will get new support with Cosmo Blazer! For example you can find amazing cards like Spellbook of the Master, Mermail Abysstrite or Gagagadraw to power up your Decks.

Some incredibly huge monsters arrive from the fiery corners of the universe like the Rank 9 Xyz Monster Number 92: Heart-eartH Dragon. This polymatch dragon cannot be destroyed by battle, gives damage back to the opponent, banishes the opponent’s card and IF it is destroyed, it can come back from the graveyard, even stronger than before.

“But a Rank 9 monster needs Level 9 monsters to be Summoned...?” – yes, but that’s why Cosmo Blazer also includes Number 53: Heart-eartH. This Fiend does not just take attacking monsters’ attacks, but if it gets destroyed, it can also call for Number 92 and makes the Summon much keasier.

Sneak Peek: What is it?

A Sneak Peek is your first look inside the latest booster set. New Yu-Gi-Oh! TRADING CARD GAME booster sets are released every three months, featuring 100 brand new cards! Add these new cards to your collection, or create a new Deck based on the featured new themes, or add the new cards to your current Decks to make them more powerful than ever.
At a Sneak Peek, you’ll get 5 booster packs of the respective set, and an exclusive promotional card you can get only at the Sneak Peek! You then use just those cards to build a new Deck. The minimum Deck size at a Sneak Peek is lowered to 20 cards. Since only these new cards are used, everyone has a chance to win their Duels!
While you’re having fun with your new cards, you might win a special Game Mat! (Winners will be chosen randomly among all participants)

For Parents

If your child is younger, shy, or just getting into Yu-Gi-Oh!, a Sneak Peek is a good first stop. Some tournaments can be intimidating, with highly competitive players, but these Sneak Peek events are more casual and fun. These are some of the best events for new Duelists since everybody has access to the same cards. If your child is nervous about asking a stranger to Duel against, ask the store personnel to help.

IMPORTANT:

If you find property left lying around you MUST hand it in to the Tournament Organiser or a member of staff - if you are caught with another players property (obviously only if they haven't lent it to you etc!) then you will be reported to Konami and/or the Police.

All players should respect the venue, helpers/parents & other players whilst at this event.
