• Lin’s Asian Buffet
• This month's theme: "Sharing the Aloha Spirit"
Aloha to our Kanikapila Ohana, our musical family consisting of some of the most gracious, hospitable, fun-loving ukulele folks on the planet!!!!!
We celebrate Hawaiian music and culture and we welcome all Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced Ukulele Players, as well as, their families and friends!! Kanikapila literally means“play music”and we’d like to invite everyone in North Texas, or those here for a visit, to come join us, be yourself, and just take it easy ~ Hawaiian-style!
We also strive to take a closer look at Hawaiian words and phrases, as well as, the Hawaiian alphabet, and we try to
sing more Hawaiian-language songs, as well as, those tried-and-true Hapa-Hole songs! Even if you don’t play the uke, you can come sing, dance the hula, or just have a good time! Open mic performances are always welcome!!! Mahalo and Aloha!
The Aloha Spirit is alive and well in Texas!!!
