Beginners Ukulele Jam at Herrera's Tex Mex - Inwood & Denton Rd

Beginners, New Comers and Guests WELCOME!

If you've lived in the Dallas area for any amount of time, you've probably had the pleasure of eating at one of the Herrera's locations.

If you've never been, you've got to go, where the salsa is hot and the margaritas are cold. Inexpensive, GOOD, REALLY GOOD Tex Mex! They offer several types of Cerveza, Kathy's favorite is Negra Modelo.

Family owned and operated since 1971.

From Yelp:

"I'd eat here every day if I could.  You can get out for under $10 if you get a special, but it's generally close."

"I love tacos--hard crispy tacos full of ground meat--you know, old school tacos.  And Herrera's makes the best tacos in Dallas."

"One of the restaurants that define Dallas Tex Mex. The food isn't fancy and to tell you the truth isn't even presented well but when you take that first bite, none of that matters. The margaritas are strong, the salsa is unique and the bean soup is legendary. In my twenty plus years of coming here, I've never been disappointed."

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
