Before I head back to California at the end of July, I'd love to show you guys something I think will prove very helpful in your music playing endeavors in what will be one of my last workshops. Only $40

Here's the workshop description:
Have you noticed that in all the photos of you playing, you've got your nose stuck deep into that song sheet, not daring to take your eyes off it lest you get lost? If so, you need this class. Can you predict chord changes in a song you've never played before? If not, you need this class. Can you play Row Row Row Your Boat in any key without taking more than two seconds to figure it out? If not, you DEFINITELY need this class! I'll show you how to determine EXACTLY which chords belong in which key and how to anticipate which chord is coming up next in the song. Once you've got this under your belt, you'll be better able to enjoying what's going on around you - look up at the audience, exchange a knowing smile or a naughty wink with your friend, even carry on a conversation with your buddy at the same time you are playing without fear of losing your place! My easy-to-follow methodology will show you how to do this both with and without sheet music so you can have MORE FUN playing because it will take you mere seconds to memorize songs, even completely new ones.

So if you want to be able to jump into any jam session willy-nilly and amaze all your friends who will think you are some musical genius, take this class - I won't tell your secret! Bring a good chord book for your instrument, a pen and some paper.

I agree with Barry. I've been to a couple of Mitch's workshops and they are terrific

If you have the Daily Ukulele book, please bring it with you. Also, everyone feel free to bring one song you like that we can analyze

Hi Mitch, I have an opening that morning- do you think I am up to speed to take this workshop? Do you have room?

Yes to both - it's mostly general knowledge stuff so no skill needed, but it'd help to have most of the basic chords under your belt. If you don't, this will force you to get to know those chords anyway! :)

Sounds interesting. Is there a charge?

Sorry, I didn't notice the price wasn't in there - it's just $40 per person
