<Winter Ultimate> - RSVPs & New Year's Tourney

Hey Everyone,

We currently have four "Yes" RSVPs for Saturday, and just one for Sunday. If you plan on playing, please RSVP.?

If by Friday at 10 PM, we have fewer than 8 RSVPs for Saturday (where a Yes counts as 1, and a Maybe counts as 1/2), I will be shooting an email out and cancelling the game. (And then I'll go play Goaltimate on Saturday, because snow is awesome.) I will do my best to get emails out before 7 AM on Saturday. If it's 7 AM and there's been no email, that means GAME ON!

Similarly, if by Saturday at 10 PM, we have fewer than 8 RSVPs for Sunday (again, Yes = 1, Maybe = 1/2), I'll shoot an email out cancelling Sunday's game. (And then I'll go play Ultimate either in Evanston or with SPUN.) Again, I will do my best to get emails out before 7 AM on Sunday.?If it's 7 AM and there's been no email, that means GAME ON!

Consider this policy in effect through February (at least).

I would definitely prefer to play with our group, but I need to know that there's a game going.

If you know someone who is NOT on the Meetup site (or who is on the site but doesn't RSVP), but DOES plan on coming, then include those persons as guests (and try to list the names in the comments, so we don't double-count).

Also, the Ultimate Chicago New Year's HAT Tourney opened registration very recently. They're capping at 40 people, if I recall correctly. I'm signed up. Details below:
Registration is now open for the New Year's Day Hat Tournament! ?The tournament will take place on 01/01/11 from 10 AM - 2 PM at Chicago Indoor Sports. ?The fee is $35.?

Again, make sure to accurately put in your Ratings, if you register.

See you all Saturday,
Caz
