Tonight we'll explore a few of Portland's more unique dining venues with a little stop in each. Without a guide, you might not even find these hidden spots, despite having an address!
We'll start with cocktails at Roadside Attraction, which is an unusual place even in Portland. It has the feel of a converted barn and backyard complete with an outdoor firepit which makes it possible to hang outside here year round.
After we finish our drinks, we'll walk over to Montage, a funky restaurant underneath the Morison Bridge with a 20 foot long mural of the last supper hanging over the communal dining tables. We can taste some of their famous Jumbalaya or one of their Mac and Cheese specialties.
Dinner taken care of, we'll head for dessert at Rimsky Korsakoffe house with it's rotating tables, live music and crazy bathrooms.
This easy one and a half mile walking tour will also take us by the famous east side goats and time permitting, the 3 foot tall chicken egg timer in someone's front yard!
Fee is $10 for the walking tour. Food and beverage is on your own.
