I posted some pix but it isn't saying I did for some reason. Oh well. They're in there!

You really don't need boots, as you can take your shoes and socks off, cross the streams barefoot and then put them back on. I would suggest a Pair of crocs and a towel. If it doesn't rain again we may be able to rock hop.

    •  Veeeeeery nice trail and just right excersize. First time driving unpaved road and it was fun!!! I can't wait to see those flowers in spring and summer.
    •  Glorious day and great hike since I was feeling puny from finals week - perfect exertion (not exactly free UP but not hugely taxing) Tks you guys!!

Refreshing! Gorgeous view from the top. Bill, thanks for putting this together.
    •  What a great section of the Bartram Trail, and 1950' of free up.
    •  Beautiful weather and a lovely trail. Trail should be even more beautifu in spring when the Laurel and Rhododendron are in bloom. Lots of free Ups that came not surprisingly with matching free Downs.
    •  Nice plan, 850' up - a pause, 850' up and a rest, then 250' to the top - all along well maintained and humanly graded trails. Nice views and the weather cooperated!! Very pretty area. Trails had water from last few days rain but we were able to cross on step-stones.
