As of today we have 4 seats open for Date Night! If you have an interest in joining us for this fun evening please RSVP to me as soon as you can. We can only have 28 people at the restaurant so let us know as soon as you can if you're interested! You and your significant other, or date, or ski buddy are invited to join us on Tuesday Dec 4th at Le Central in Denver for a very nice French Dinner!

Le Central has been around for years, it's a great small French restaurant that has outstanding food and is very reasonable priced. I have reserved the back room for our event; cocktails are at 5:30 pm, dinner at 6:00 pm. I have arranged the following menu for a wonderful dining experience!

 

1st Course, Hors d'Oeuvres

(choice of)

Soupe B l'Oignon Traditional French onion soup, gratineed with Swiss cheese

or

Salade de Betterave Roasted Colorado beets with crumbled goat cheese, toasted

walnuts with a mixed green salad tossed with balsamic vinaigrette

or

Assiette de Charcuterie an assortment of pâtés and cured meats served with

croutons, cornichons and mustard

2nd Course, Le Plat Principal

(Choice of)

Bouillabaisse du Central Saffron flavored Mediterranean fish fumet with sea

scallops, shrimp, mussels, white and red fish, potatoes, leeks, onions; sided by

rouille, croutons and Parmesan cheese

or

Boeuf Bourguignon Tender beef shoulder braised in red wine and simmered with

bacon, carrots, mushrooms, and onions; served with a natural reduction

or

Poitrine de Poulet Farçie Roasted free range chicken breast stuffed with goat

cheese, spinach and caramelized apple, enhanced with a mustard sauce

or

Filet de Porc au Poivre Pork tenderloin, crusted with cracked black pepper, pan

seared complemented with a Port sauce

3rd Course, Les Desserts

(Choice of)

Le Central Toasted almond and pistachio biscuit layered white and dark chocolate

mousses,

or

Tarte Tatin Upside down apple tart

or

Crime Brulée Traditional vanilla flavored custard topped with caramelized sugar

crust

 

Each 2 people will have a separate check and will be charged $28.95 per person for dinner, plus tax, and tip. Drinks are additional.
