Hi David.  I am a sales rep/project manager for Eagle Eye Roofing.  You really don't need experience to become a sales rep/project manager to start working.  The job is 100% commission based starting at 8% and moving to 10%.  Residential roof replacements usually cost $8,000 to $25,000.  I've been the sales rep/pm on a job worth $30,000.  If you can hit a certain mark each month you can earn 12%. The bulk of the business is replacing residential roofs due to damage by hail/ wind (primarily hail).  We as sales reps get on the roof and look for enough hail damage to constitute an insurance claim.  Once the customer decides to go with us (sign the agreement) the sales portion is done.  That's worth half of the percentages I mentioned.  The other half is the project manager portion.  The project manager meets with the insurance adjuster to point out the hail/wind damage found.  If it gets approved thats when the two positions make their percentages.  The PM touches base with the customer every week (even if there is no new info), takes and submits pics, does a calculation sheet (or has a satellite photo ordered at $40-$60 bucks on you), and collects the two checks (one before the job happens and the other is issued after completion).  You also collect their deductible the day of completion.

That's it in a nutshell.  You can work as much or as little as you want.  We are still getting leads to look at from our canvassers as well as insurance agents.  If you want more you have to be willing to go out a few hours a week with a canvasser or canvass a neighborhood on your own.  This a good time to get your feet wet before the next big hail storm next spring/summer (hails season seems to be April-July.
Colorado was the state with the highest amount of bought insurance claims last year and that was due to hail primarily.

Let me know if you're interested and we'll go from there.

Hi Everyone:

At this time I would like to invite you to become an official Up The Creek “Club Member”!

During the month of November we have a special offer for new Up The Creek Club
Memberships. If you become a "Club Member" in the month of November, you will receive a $10 voucher in UTC bucks that you can use on any upcoming Up The Creek trip or event.

In addition to the $10 voucher you will also be able to attend most of the Up The Creek trips and events at the “Club Member” price and save some money. The Dec 22nd Holidays party has a $10 difference between member and non-member price, and the ski trips all have about a 10% difference. If you attend just a few trips and events you will easily recoup the cost of becoming a club member!

We are nearing the end of the promotional period, you can still take advantage of this offer by attending our meeting tonight, Thursday, November 29th at The Proof Night Club. Or, by mailing your membership application and membership fee of $68 for a single person, ($108 for a couple)  to Up The Creek; PO Box 22463; Denver, CO 80222. Your envelope must be postmarked no later than Nov 30th, 2012. For additional information on joining Up The Creek as a club member go to: http://www.upthecreek.org/joining-utc.htm

Please let me know if you have any questions about becoming a club member and I look forward to seeing you at any of our upcoming events!
