Are you growing your own food now? (if not no worries, we are here to help)

I am attempting to grow food at home and have some kale and tomato plants. Unfortunately, I have very poor soil at home and am debating whether I should restore the soil or build bottomless raised beds on top of the soil. I'm leaning towards the latter.

How did you find us?

I accidently found this website while searching for something to do with bioregions, and joined the Bioregional Meetup. Unfortunately, I didn't attend any of the meetups due to time constraints and the group is no longer active. Later, at a volunteer event, someone told me about this group and since the days work with my schedule I decided to join.

My name is Liz and I'm eager to meet other people who care about creating a sustainable society. I'm an Environmental Studies major at De Anza College as well as a volunteer Workday Leader at Veggielution Community Farm.
