Announcing a new dance venue for USA Dance Pittsburgh!
Please join us for a wonderful evening of ballroom dancing on Saturday, April 13 at 7:00pm at the beautiful Teutonia Mannerchor in Pittsburgh (Deutschtown), PA.
The Teutonia Mannerchor is located on the North Side, near Troy Hill at 857 Phineas St., Pittsburgh 15212 (across from 16th St. Bridge). It may be a little tricky to find at first, some one-ways, but you will be glad you did. Free parking in their private lot.
Founded in 1854, Teutonia Mannerchor is a historic, German membership Club, complete with a German restaurant (ratskeller), a beautiful bar, wall murals, hardwood floors and gorgeous chandeliers. Not to worry though, you don't have to wear the traditional German attire either, which includes apron like dresses for women (dirndl) and leather pants for men (lederhosen).
Food and drink available. Come a little early for dinner, 5:30 - 8:30 pm in the Ratskeller if you would like to experience German cuisine. Click on link to see menu. Balcony seating over looking the dance floor is available.
7:00pm - Rhumba lesson w/Chris Roth of Steel City Ballroom
