So I wish I could have made it yesterday, but I was ill. If there were any slides or reference material, are those available anywhere for me to take a look at them?

Someone asked a question about discovering Go packages. I just ran across this today and it's pretty cool.http://go-search.org/
The only complaint i have is 615 is a bit early for me. Go is a fascinating language, i learned a lot from the talk

Has anyone made the jump to Go from PHP, especially in major production apps? If so, I'd love to take you out to lunch to hear about the experience.

I didn't go directly from PHP to Go, but had Ruby in between. So not too far from what you're looking for.

Will you be at the meetup? I'm pretty swamped until then, but we should definitely get together there.

I actually wrote the first golang ecommerce site, I was replacing PHP. I'd be happy to share my experience. http://blog.gopheraca...

I plan on being here tonight. Couldn't say that until now, but we can talk.

Any way we could get this to not conflict with Lambda Lounge? Both meetings are on the second Tuesday of every month, and I suspect there's more overlap in interest than just me.
Has a presenter been chosen?

Nope, no volunteers yet

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
