Which book has most influenced your thinking on UX?

Design as Art, by Bruno Munari. I read it when I was 16, but his principles about industrial design, from a lightbulb to a tin opener, and the importance of function, accessibility and ergonomy as well as beauty are as applicable to digital media today as they were to mid 20th century industrial design.

Are you an innie (work inhouse) or an outie (work in an agency or freelance)?

I work at a software company

What's your favourite design/UX related quote or saying?
