Do you have a favorite UX/IA/UI book and if so why?

Mike Monteiro 'Design is a Job' Might not be a strict UX/IA book, but still filled with good nuggets of info on the business side. Applies to my work as a freelance web developer, and anyone selling their services.

What do you do (or want to do) related to the UX field?

I want to create better products, web or mobile based. I'm solid on the development side, but as a freelancer, I'm also often tasked with the basic design (until things start to take off), and I'd like to be better and more informed. I've been mentoring students in the CodeAcademy and LeanStartupMachine groups on building and launching a product, refining it, testing, etc., and I feel that I could be even more helpful if I improved my UX/UI skills.

What's the one tool that you couldn't live without? (Analog or digital)

one tool? c'mon macbook pro, pentax k-5 and 50mm lens

What's your Twitter handle?

I'm a web developer moving in from Chicago, and looking to meet other developers and designers in the area.
