I am a .Net developer in Torrance, building line of business applications in WPF and Silverlight. I also teach C# classes for UCLA Extension.
I am mostly interested in Microsoft technologies, but have a moderate interest in related technolgies that I don't use.
I prefer to work with technologies that are relatively mature, where best practices have been established and the development tools work well so I can focus on building production-worthy applications.
WPF, Silverlight, MS SQL Server.
Windows 8 development using XAML. Maybe some HMTL5, JQuery, etc. Also anything on software development methodologies, patterns, programming paradigms (e.g, functional programming, etc.). Sessions on marketing, entrepreneurial topics, UX, development practices, etc.
