BRADLEY R. HUBBARD
IS OUR KEYNOTE SPEAKER
THE BRASS TACKS OF OLDER HISTORIC PROPERTIES
Bradley has been active in the Hampton Roads real estate investment community since his immigration from New York a few years ago. Inspired by thinkers such as Napoleon Hill, Charles Haanel, Lonnie Scruggs and Robert Kiyosaki, combined with his own unique style and accumulated experience. Bradley's approach to subjects like real estate investing are refreshingly unconventional. His affinity for the styles of bygone eras has drawn his investing attention to older and historic properties. He has devoted the last few years to immersing himself in the many obscure trades involved in restoring these homes and is quick to dispel the many commonly held myths, mysteries and misconceptions that send the majority of investors fleeing from these otherwise highly profitable historical districts. In addition to managing his own business interests, Bradley has consulted for others in numerous capacities.
