I have private money to lend for flips if you could use another resource, We charge 12% 4 points 2 points up front and two on the HUD at closing when it sales, 65% loan to value. Quick turn around no inspection fees etc.GIVE ME A CALL AT[masked]

dohardmoney.com contracts my services to evaluate properties that they put under contract in our market.  

Out of the ones that I have done the reporting on for them to justify the loan, I know of two that they found not to be good deals (and they truly weren’t!).

I have only been on the contracted side to evaluate the deals that they do…never on the other side…but they have always been good to work with.
