The Northern Virginia Star Trek Meetup Group Message Board › See Patrick Stewart in a NYC Play In the Autumn
I received the following from Nicole Bolton, the person who runs our sister Star Trek Meetup group in Rockville, Maryland (she's also a member of our group). She is offering each of us the opportunity to see Patrick Stewart in A Life In the Theater. The details can be found in her e-mail below.
She talks about the cost of a bus. However, I'd recommend riding AMTRAK. The price is about the same for a reserved coach seat round trip but the trip is far more comfortable. You can look at costs and schedules on the Amtrak Far Finder page. You'll want to start at Union Station in D.C. and go to Penn Station in New York City.
If you are interested in going to the play, please correspond directly with Nicole at the e-mail address shown from her message.

Hello All- In case you didn't know, Sir Patrick will be on Broadway again this fall with a new comedy- A Life in the Theater.
I am planning on going up and wanted to open it up to others before I buy my tickets. I am planning on either the weekend of October 13 or November 16. Tickets are between $90-$150 depending on location and including service charge. I plan on buying the best tickets ASAP
I will be staying the weekend up there in a hotel and others can join me. Also you can do the day thing just for the play - I have done it before. The bus round trip is $50 leaving from DC or Bethesda.
I might also try to catch Wicked while I am up there.
If you are interested let me know ASAP and which day is better.
****To those of you that run other groups that would be interested please send this out for me with my email**
