Monthly Meeting - Emergency Preparedness

Do you have a closet full of toilet paper and flour? Maybe just maybe, you have a problem? The problem is: You don't have two closets full!!! Ha, ha, ha!

Kidding aside you ever feel like most people have no idea what is going on in the world? Do you get the "deer in the headlights" look when when you mention food preps, GMO's, the Federal Reserve, or teotwawki? Are you ready to take action to make your life better for yourself and your family/friends ...and if you can, your community?

Do you know what items to put in a 72-hour emergency kit?  Do you know what the first items to go at the store are and how to supplement them yourself? Do you know which food stock lasts the longest?

Do you need a place to talk about all this stuff without judgment, whether to teach, to learn, to express your concerns for the future, or to at least connect with people like yourself? You found it right here. We'll see you at the meeting!

Hi everyone! This month's topic will be composting. Plus there will be a nifty handout on building your own potato cages cheaply.

Members are also encouraged to bring items to barter or sell. Looks like we'll have some homemade soaps this month.

I'll talk about making compost tea. I will also bring in my compost tea maker to show anyone that wants to make one.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
