I wrote the following comment via my facebook id by Chris Hedges, called
It bothers me that Chris Hedges comes up with such insightful thoughts and understanding of our current situation, and supports resisting such a direction, while not able to see the[masked] building demolitions and pentagon strike as part of a 'psychological operation' by the same system doing all the crimes that he writes about. Is this a definition of a gatekeeper, just not going there.. or is it a fundamental flaw in a great writer not able to be objective to such depths of an elaborate outrageous hoax and attack on us all?

Robert Scheer on Jack Lew
"The Inconvenient Truth About Jack Lew" -- I suppose that he can’t be much worse than Timothy Geithner, but that should be scant cause for cheer over the news that the president has nominated Jack Lew as Treasury secretary.
Bill Blum on Debt Ceiling Options

TRUTHDIGGER OF THE WEEK
"Truthdigger of the Week: Aaron Swartz" -- Was Aaron Swartz, beloved friend, activist and computer programmer, a casualty of the U.S. government’s vigorous campaign to silence champions of Internet freedom?
"Colin Powell Talks GOP Racism, Paul Krugman Blasts Jon Stewart, and More" -- A look at the day’s political happenings, including the Treasury Department’s decision about minting a trillion dollar coin and another George Bush mulls a bid for public office.* * *
