You are missing some reality regarding the last decade..
instead of calling it cooling.. the reality is global dimming..

yes less sun is reaching our planet because of all the pollution..

however,, in reality.. global warming is happening, too.. (greenhouse-heat-trapping gases)

no matter how you may confuse the issues of solutions and problems..

So, Globalwarming is a scam! So, that justifies polluting our Mother.

Dear good folks,

FN has been supporting SolarFest and enjoying this festival for over a decade..

I know that some may differ regarding the impact of pollution emissions causing climate change, but clean energy is a key ingredient to getting over the dictation of the NWO, which has been suppressing clean energy for their controlled polluting ones for more than a Century.

And we can all agree that any movement can use music, nature, and a gathering of peace loving people. I hope to see many old and new friends there again in Vermont this summer. The event is really a nonprofit enterprise to connect the arts with energy-nature awareness.

SolarFest -- July 16, 17, and 18, 2010 -- On a beautiful July weekend, several thousand people come to SolarFest to join a weekend community. We are inspired by art and technology, by the talent and ability of all the diverse individuals who make the festival (many of the volunteers have been doing this for over a decade), to create a place where learning and fun thrive. Flyby News has been supporting this festival for more than a decade, and invites especially "9/11 truthers" for a special camping retreat to energize with great people, green energy, music, and Vermont's splendor. A Sneak Peak at the 2010 Main Stage Offerings

The SolarFest House Band returns to raucous popular acclaim featuring some of the area's finest musicians and some some not-so-local- talent as well. Full details are top secret.

Rubblebucket Orchestra is New England's fastest rising 8 piece afrobeat ensemble which won the 2009 Boston Music Award for Live Act of the Year and was listed by SPIN and Relix Magazines as "must hear" artists.

Impulse Ensemble brings together world music innovators Tony Vacca, Derrik Jordan, and Jim Matus into "a red-hot way-cool, free-flow fusion of World Music, Jazz, and Spoken Word."

Veteran Vermont musician Bow Thayer, "cursed with the notion that he should be playing music to possibly benefit a failing society", will be joined by Kristina Stykos and Patrick Ross playing original music that fits like a pair of well worn jeans.

Caravan of Thieves return to SolarFest with their unique brand of gypsy jazz and high octane energy.

The Stereofidelics are a "high energy, original, retro-alt band" with shredding guitar, fiery fiddle, bass, drums, keys, and .. oh yeah. There are only two of them.

The dynamic celtic rock band Prydein (born out of the ruins of Whiskey Before Breakfast) sum up their philosophy in their latest album title: Loud Pipes (Save Lives). Bring it on!

The Guy Mendilow Band includes world class musicians from Israel, Argentina, Japan and the United States, and incorporates a kaleidoscope of world influences into their own brand of sonic adventure.

Perpetual e-Motion is "perched at the convergence of electronic and traditional dance music", melding guitar, fiddle, digeridoo, foot percussion and looping. They will also be playing for the Saturday evening contra dance.

Forged in the PCB-laden waters of the Hudson River, Capital Zen$B!G(Js minds and music have mutated beyond genre classification, laying down danceable, yet edgy and addictive grooves. Call it what you want, but dance!

Good Stuff from our Friends and Neighbors

Vermont Incentives Program Changes:  Folks interested in the revised Vermont Small Scale Renewable Energy Incentive Program can find the info at the Renewable Energy Resource Center$B!G(Js (RERC) website, www.rerc-vt.org .  The new program is expected to be available in April 2010 .

One change in the program from the previous incarnation is that incentive checks will be mailed directly to the customer instead of the installer. The customer must then show the money as income on their tax return, but in doing this, the Federal solar tax credit can be taken on the full invoice amount of the solar PV, solar hot water, wind, or hydro installation, rather than on the net cost after the state incentive (which was the case prior to the new rules).

Another change is that the incentive rate will be reduced to $1.50 per watt from the previous $1.75, but the cap has been raised to $25,000 from $8,750.

Also, folks who have received an incentive in the past may be eligible to participate in the program again as long as their costs are below the new cap. This change may allow many folks to add on to their existing systems or add SHW to their PV or Wind system or vice-versa and qualify for additional incentives.

At this point in time the program is still under construction, so be sure to check the RERC website for any changes or updates that might still be implemented.
