First Go Of This AngularJS Meetup Thingy

So after a great planning meeting we've chewed on all the great input to put together our first real meetup.

There will be two short 15min presentations. First will be going over the differences between stable (1.0.8) and unstable (1.2.0) Angular. The second will be  Gabe talking about modularity, dependency injection, and pitfalls to avoid.

After the presentations we'll break into groups and hack away on some Angular code. There will be an "intro" group for those new to or checking out Angular. Most likely building a simple app from scratch. Couple other groups will form, covering intermediate and advanced topics. Overwhelmingly people said they wanted a more interactive experience, getting their hands dirty. So you get what you ask for, better bring your laptop.

Venue will be Wavefront again, but with the addition of the extra meeting room and lounge. This should give space for 30 or so hacking away.

PLEASE RSVP as space is limited. Even if you don't make the initial list, a long wait-list would push us to look for a larger space. Pretty much everyone wanted things to stay free, so keeping to the honour system, only RSVP if you are actually going to make it.

Angular logo will be on the door, and we'll usher you upstairs. We'll be starting this event at 7pm sharp.

Looking forward to seeing everyone again.

Cheers,
~Owen

Thanks organizers and presenters for all the effort and time towards the talks and presentation. As a beginner in this, it has been immensely useful (I'm still finishing the exercise...)

For those on the waitlist, I'm sorry we couldn't find a bigger location that is also free/cheep.

If you are feeling lucky, you can come, and if there is room join in. If there isn't then we'll have to politely decline.
